All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or official holidays. During periods of high volume, processing times may be slightly extended. Should delays occur, we will notify customers promptly.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer several shipping options to meet the needs of our customers. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 10-14 business days, while express shipping—if selected—typically delivers within 8-12 business days. Costs for each shipping method are displayed at checkout. International shipping is available to most countries and delivery times vary depending on the destination, local postal services, and customs processing times. Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, shipping carrier information, and estimated delivery details. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within the expected processing timeframe, please contact us at support@eravie.uk.
Responsibility and Risk
Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Éravie is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered during checkout are accurate and complete. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address information may incur additional shipping charges for reshipment. If a package is returned to sender, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipping.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged packaging, shipping label, and the product itself. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and inform you of the appropriate steps. For packages marked as “delivered” but not received, customers must file a claim with the carrier. We will assist where possible, but cannot issue refunds for orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
International Duties and Customs Regulations
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delays beyond our control. Customs duties, VAT, import fees, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Éravie is not responsible for customs-related delays or fees.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
Packages that are refused by the recipient or marked as undeliverable by the carrier may be returned to us. In such cases, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, as well as the cost of reshipping the order if applicable. Any refunds issued for refused or undeliverable shipments will exclude shipping costs.
